some of them retired i remember a HC judge she gave wrong judgement in sexual harrasment supreme court relocated her to district level later she resigned. There was another case where district judge has been removed recently because of his viral video.

Taking action against a judge regardless of the charges will start a domino effect which will change the foundations of our constitution. Not to mention, supreme court won't let it happen anyways. 

If and only if both the party in power and opposition comes together can things be changed for the better. But we all know the chances of that happening.

Because lower court judges are investigated by mostly High Court Judges. 

A judge is a very closed group of elites. Why will they take action against one of theirs. 

To act against a high court judge you need parliament to pass resolution and for a Supreme Court Judge imagine how much power you need to have to impeach or even probe. 


That's why in Atuls case, everyone might get some action but Judge won't. She will do this again and again, in our face and anyone won't be able to do jack shit.

The reform is in a national judicial service on the lines of civil and police services, but done in more modern and transparent fashion.

And our country isn't ready for that. Abhi kara toh we'll just be replacing one flawed method with another and corruption will not reduce. In fact with the current reservation system, I hesitate to even imagine what will happen to the judiciary after that.
